The distance from  the centre and  the old town of Rab is approx. 2 km, a 20-30 minute walk or 5 minutes by taxi-boat.
It is newly equipped and has current warm and cold water showers, power connections, restaurants, cafes, supermarket, shops and a market place. There are also various sports and recreation facilities.

Beach: A 0,5 km sand beach  is exceptionally suitable for swimming and the rest of all the guests.
